Normally after dinner my BF n I wish to find somewhere for a drink...Here we are at this McCafe twice in a month....I have no idea how McCafe train their staff...but...can they also train them "common sense"? I guess you are paying starbuck/pacific coffee the extra buck just because they do train their staff with good common sense. How can anyone ask for skim milk and WANT a lot of cream on her drink??? Twice in a row, twice did i tell her in particular, "SKIM MILK and NO NO NO cream!!!!" Ye

How can anyone ask for skim milk and WANT a lot of cream on her drink??? Twice in a row, twice did i tell her in particular, "SKIM MILK and NO NO NO cream!!!!" Yet this McCafe's staffs TRAINNED two different people - give you the SAME result without really listening to the customer!!!! They both STILL give you cream. Or is this how McCafe train their staff? no matter what, put that cream on top regardless what the customer says?
* Ice chocolate - diluted choco water with diluted milk.... and cream on top
*watermelon juice - standard as good as always
* Orea Mcflurry - tasty
Maybe i really need to write McCafe to train their staff with better common sense....and do follow orders as they somehow are more expensive than McD...would they train...better?
