Trying to write this in English while I'm a native HKer, since I'd like the chefs there to know what we think (if they'd ever see this). My wife had the "hanging tender" steak, which was great. Nice crust on the outside, and the interior is juicy and savory. Easily one of the best steaks around. We gave it a 8/10.
I picked the beef tartare and had high hopes for it after reading others' comments. I'm a little underwhelmed prolly since I was comparing the dish to perhaps the best tartares I had in Paris & Rome. The flavor was almost there, but the beef could be jucier and served chilled. Texture-wise it was like minced but I'd prefer it diced - it just tastes wholly different. Would also love to see plum sauce to be an option.
