Walking around with my friend at Festival Walk then saw lots people queuing up at this place. So we realised that it’s my favourite pancakes that we had in Tokyo. They were promoting a new menu ‘Lobster Pancake’. A whole lobster with heavy lobster cream sauce on 3 selections of bases - original, whole wheat, and pasta. We chose whole wheat pancake as we thought it would not be too sweet.
This is something that we should never forget to order - black truffle french fries. Very very strong black truffle sauce on top of well fried french fries. I really love this 😍
Creme Brûlée Pancake 🥞 is one of the signature dishes and the most popular dish. The pancakes were caramelised very well and crispy and top up with home made whipped cream with some diced of Japanese strawberries and banana.
Ending up with pour-over coffee, the beans were from Brazil 🇧🇷 and using dipping to get a hot well made coffee. We just needed to pour bit by bit and drinking with pieces of dried fruit. To be honest, nothing much special about this coffee.
