The restaurant has a beautiful harbour view. Unfortunately I think the view is more beautiful than the food. For the price we were paying, we were expecting better…1) Wagyu tomahawk 🤤…weighs around 2kg, 350-day grain fed with marble score 4-5. 和牛斧頭扒 $2,420. Well prepared, medium rare, perfect for sharing. 2) Crab cake with Cole slaw n tartar sauce 蟹餅 $238. We were told this is a must-order dish Wooloomooloo Prime. Unfortunately it didn’t wow us at all. 3) Sautéed garlic prawns 🍤 in lobster 🦞 bisque , garlic flakes n crispy pancetta 蒜蓉虎蝦, 龍蝦濃湯, 香脆煙肉 $245. This dish was a bit too rich & heavy flavour
4) Seafood platter with lobster 🦞, crab 🦀 lump, sea urchin , sea whelks, prawns 🦐, scallops, clams, mussels, smoke salmon, salmon & tuna sashimi 海鮮拼盤 $1,600. Seafood were fresh and delicious but portion was a bit too small.
5) Seafood linguine with tiger prawns, mussels, clams n tomato sauce 海鮮扁意粉 $308. This pasta was really delicious, very well prepared 👍🏻 👍🏻 👍🏻
6) Truffle fries 黑松露薯條 $108. It’s so good that we had reorders 👍🏻 . Not too oily but full of truffle flavours.
7) Beef Wellington 280g with mushroom n truffle Duxelle , Parma Ham n foie gras 威靈頓牛柳 $625. We were rather disappointed with this dish. The pastry wasn’t great, neither was the beef . And the portion was quite small.
