Today was trying out one of the infamous restaurant. It scored 93 in coffee review in 2021, which was pretty stunning result. Majority of the bean were roasted in local. We also try out a few food while enjoying their coffee. First we go for Boston lobster pasta, the lobster wasn’t too dry, I can literally taste the lobster sweetness from the meat itself, the pasta part was not bad. It mixed with some cherry tomato, so it would provide a little bit of sour between every bites. I would personally

Next was Crab & burrata cheese pizza, not to confuse but burrata cheese was mozzarella. The whole pizza taste good, the seasoning was on point. I had to say asparagus was quite stunning for me when it go with mozzarella pizza.
We also order two different slow cooked fish, which is Slow cooked salmon pasta and Slow cooked markerel. The salmon was a surprise for me , it taste like butter run through your mouth while mixed it with pasta.
Markerel was one of the fish that if you cook improperly, it might taste very bad. But this restaurant manage to remove the strong favour from the fish by using their seasoning.
The star definitely is their Piccolo latte. I had to give them a very high rating on their coffee. The taste of the coffee is more than just smoothness and the fragrance was extraordinary. You will need to found out by your own.
