This Chiuchow restaurant belongs to the large Maxim Group and mainly serves a variation of Cantonese cuisine. For starter , we ordered the Golden Fish Skin which is super yummy Singapore-style cooked as an excellent start for Dinner! We then ordered a set dinner for 4 which is only $888 , a discount set is under HSBC credit card promotion, so the price is very reasonable for having lobster noodle, steam fish, etc. The staff were friendly , but the restaurant set up is quite packed, which

The staff were friendly , but the restaurant set up is quite packed, which is full house on Friday night. If you liked dessert and sweet, try the Chiu Chow style one - the crystal "balls" filled with lotus seed paste and the yam paste with gingko nuts. Both excellent!
