到咗追求健康養生嘅年紀又開始會想帶屋企嘅長輩去食啲特別菜式知道有呢個「嚐當年手工菜」 粵菜系列就想趁有時間帶佢哋重溫一下當年情懷滋味我哋後生嘅又可以試吓呢啲手工繁複、買少見少嘅功夫菜今次一行四個人,叫咗四餸一湯:✨「鹹青欖燉豬肺湯」 —— 係一款潮汕經典養生燉湯,豬肺洗得好乾淨,再配鹹青欖慢燉,湯水清而不沌,飲落滋補又清潤,一人飲咗兩碗。✨「荷包黄玉参」—— 同樣係潮汕年節嘅名菜,黃玉參入面釀滿蝦膠,再慢燜三小時,一咬落去Q彈嘅口感,層次豐富,寓意又好,伴咗個醬汁可以點,調味恰到好處,顯得出師傅嘅功架。✨「草菇煸乳鴿」—— 乳鴿肉質非常軟熟,而且好入味,釀入炒香咗嘅草菇,肉嫩菇香,兩隻原隻乳鴿上枱,份量十足。✨「黃金石榴帶子」—— 呢個脹卜卜外型似石榴寓意吉祥嘅餸,原來係以蛋皮包住帶子粒做餡,再將外皮炸至酥脆,外脆內軟,係傳統同新派嘅結合。✨「普寧豆醬焗馬友」—— 馬友魚油豐腴,肉質鮮甜細嫩,以砂鍋焗製佐以鹹鮮普寧豆醬,完美提鮮,鍾意食魚嘅我哋,連魚頭都食埋。餐廳環境都算寬敞枱與枱之間都有一定程度嘅空間樓面嘅服務員姨姨都好友善 乳鴿都係上到枱會幫你剪埋如果剪第二個餸又會幫你換另一把鉸剪任務成功✌🏻長輩們都食得好開心所有菜式都好特別,唔係度度都有得食有營養而且口感柔軟易咀嚼啱晒一家大細同長老一齊品嘗👍🏻

年初三午餐,想飲茶又想有少少特色,最後揀咗潮州菜,預早訂左枱,到時等咗5分鐘就有得入座,不過新年實在太多人,全場座無虛席,比較嘈吵食潮州菜唔少得要叫煎蠔餅,蠔餅煎得香脆,蠔肉份量適中呢個係脆炸韭菜餅,外邊炸粉較厚,內裏是狗菜混合粉漿,如果粉漿可以做得質地比較煙靭就較好蝦餃係我每次飲茶都必叫嘅菜式,呢度嘅蝦餃雖然唔算好大粒,但係餡料爽脆新鮮呢碟腸粉包海鮮卷非常出色,並唔係普通嘅腸粉包春卷,而係腸粉外皮包住一層脆脆炸粉再有一層紫菜,裏面就係蝦肉,加咗紫菜,大大增加咗呢碟脆脆腸粉嘅特色👍🏻👍🏻叫咗一碟炒銀針粉,味道正常,不過比較油膩水晶包亦係潮州菜必點嘅點心,因為我唔鍾意食蓮蓉嘅關係,我揀咗豆沙餡,外層嘅皮非常煙靭,豆沙餡唔會太甜芒果炸蝦球都好出色,蝦球大粒到要切開食,芒果汁味道都唔錯👍🏻

They have some other branches in Hong Kong but this one has a nice view overlook the Victoria Harbour. They serve Chiu Chow cuisine and price performance is good. Ambience is good . They have restroom inside the restaurant but needs to be improved. They do charge corkage fee but for cake cutting fee, they only charge those cakes from non-Maxim‘s group cake shop. It is easy to access to this restaurant, you can take bus, ferry, minibus or even MTR, use exit L6 Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station / East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. Parking is easy but no free parking. You can park in Ocean Terminal. This Star House is right next to Ocean Terminal and Ocean Centre around the corner opposite to HK Science Museum / HK Cultural Centre. They have many varieties of chiu chow dishes from the menu. Surprisingly, the dish portion is quite big. Goose slices, oysters omelette, vegetable etc… are so good! Except for the deep fried fish, we can hardly finish the dishes. The soup we ordered is relatively not impressing cos it is too creamy to our taste for a chinese style soup. But the almond flavor is strong. For the desserts, they are so so but I like the deep fried chiu chow dumplings which are not oily at all and the flavor is balanced. Not too sweet to me! Overall dining experience is comfortable, no complaint at all and the service is good too.

朋友約我們在這裡吃飯已經有10多次了。經驗告訴我們,這裡有很多美食和美酒可供選擇,而且價格都非常合理。基於這樣原因,昨天我們4人就點了6個人的菜。凍蟹以前吃過兩三次,波幅較大,今天就不點了。這裡滷水拼盤是必點的,再來支竹斑塊煲、薑蔥蘿蔔糕生蠔煲、脆皮炸子雞、臘味炒芥蘭。飲品方面就先來個生力啤酒開開胃。因為上星期在同一個集團的潮江村品嚐過紅酒十分滿意,今天重複再點一瓶阿根廷94分的紅酒。總的來說菜和紅酒都是90分以上,我和朋友都十分滿意。
