New Winter Menu with new burgers

Orka has a new winter menu and they have added more burgers to their list. Their Tuesday Buy 1 get 1 Free promotion for burgers is still available so I came here to try it again as well as their smoothie. I tried their Mighty Mighty Bulgogi Burger first and it was superb. The burger bun was slightly crispy on the outside yet soft inside and the the wagyu patty was juicy. The kimchi sauce was spicy enough for it to be interesting without being overpowering.  For the second burger, I decided to replace it with their sourdough bread base. However, it was a bit tough for me so I have to say I prefer the burger bun. For the BBQ ribbed burger, the ribs were even more tender than the wagyu and avocado on top was really generous. Would have rated it as 5 stars if I chose the bun.

 Actually for both dishes, I chose the side to be salad and both times they accidentally served the sweet potato fries(which I loved, I just wanted to eat less calories that night). The staff later realized their mistake (I didn't mention it as I thought it was fate asking me to eat more carbs) and they apologized right away and served me this large salad.

 The corn was grills perfectly and was really sweet. The dressing made the salad even more refreshing.
Klean as Kale

 I was intrigued by their Kale smoothie and decided to try it. It was really good. The balance of the ingredients was just right without the kale being too overwhelming but the other fruits inside won't steal the spotlight of the kale. The texture of the smoothie was also really thick and definitely worth the price.
題外話/補充資料： I rated value as 5 stars due to their Tuesday promotion
