New roadside noodle bar I like the goat soup noodles over here, instead of going to those roadside coffee cafe, I much prefer to enjoy my Me Time with a bowl of hot noodles (and they serve dessert here too)/The soup is stunning, you could tell it is not just chicken stock powder mix, but cooked with proper bones . The smoked minced meat are well fried, not overly burnt but crunchy and chewy enough to maintain the meat texture. I would come again for sure

題外話/補充資料：
The chef is a nice quiet guy, you can chat with him freely when the restaurant isn't too busy, and it opens till late, perfect for a quiet time after work (or school).
