The newly opened NOC at Tsim Sha Tsui East features their signature design of large glass panels and simple white walls. Of course, we had to order their NOC Benedict with smoked salmon, which just looked beautiful in pictures and tasted real good, though the eating part was a complete mess. Would much appreciate it if someone can kindly enlighten me the way to enjoy an egg Benedict with a knife and a fork without creating a absolute mess😂I also decided to be a little more adventurous and opted

I also decided to be a little more adventurous and opted for their chicken burger instead of my usual salad bowls. The brioche bun was fluffy and toasty, sandwiching a relatively small piece of chicken thigh topped with a disproportionately large amount of melted cheese and a few pieces of sliced mushroom. Probably a very satisfying combo for some but think I would try some of their other toast or salad bowl items next time.🙈

Unfortunately though with their new location, there is a dancing studio located underneath, and the music created some sort of vibration in the floor, tables and chairs of the cafe and I honestly felt like my heart and my entire body was pounding along with the beat, not a very peaceful feeling😭
