今次要介紹嘅餐廳係位於尖沙咀嘅Rise by Classified，係一間服務周到嘅咖啡店 。本身我哋已經去過中環嘅分店好幾次，所以對佢哋嘅出品頗有信心。今次佢哋開設左第二間分店，當然要去品嘗一下新品。總括而言，新店同樣係一間值得到訪嘅咖啡店，鍾意食烘培食品嘅你記得一定要bookmarked呢間咖啡店。Rise by Classified is a cafe located in Tsim Sha tsui, specializes in various kinds of pastries. Croffle (Strawberry / Bananna) $35
Croffle 係新分店限定，亦係近期當紅嘅烘培食品之一，結合左牛角包同Waffle特徵。食落質感脆卜卜又內帶點點煙韌，配上旁邊既cream食令味道更加豐富。我哋就比較欣賞香蕉嗰款，焦脆感做得比較好同時與 Croffle 嘅味道搭配。
Croffle is one of the most popular pastries recently, and it is only available in its new branch in Tsim Sha Tsui. Croffle is a hybrid of croissant and waffle, where you can tastes the crispy and buttery texture altogether. The cream aside enriches the layering as well. We prefer the banana croffle as it has a caramelized texture and matches well with the buttery flavour of croffle.

每款 Pastry 都極為酥脆，而且味道有層次，可見其新鮮程度。唔同種類嘅 Pastries 適合唔同口味嘅人士，我哋絕對會再返嚟試埋其他pastry。
All pastries are extremely crispy and taste divine, which shows how fresh are they. With a wide variety of pastries, this is a place suitable for people with a different flavour. We will definitely try some of the other pastries again

Kombucha / Cold Pressed Juice $52/$45
我哋一直都好熱衷於 Kombucha 嘅豐富嘅質感，因此我哋選擇咗檸檬+薑嘅味道。飲落去先係檸檬嘅酸味，隨之而來嘅係薑嘅後勁，帶輕微嘅辣味，依種配搭頗有新鮮感，同時有中和返甜味嘅作用。我哋嘗試一款含有菠菜味道嘅冷壓果汁，味道清新之餘唔會有好大股草青味。
We have always been passionate about Kombucha, which has an interesting texture. The kombucha at first has a sour taste of lemon, followed by a slightly spicy flavour of ginger, which is quite surprising to us. We tried a cold-pressed juice with spinach as well, which tastes quite fresh and smooth as well.
