Have tried out the pizza and pasta in Shakey's yesterday with my wife.The pasta was dry and the cheese was not melting! The hand-tossed pizza was even worse and it's hard to be chewed.And the other big problem was the HYGIENE! They put the used dishes right next to the washed dishes, and I saw the staff need to check every single dish before putting on the table. Are they new to operate a restaurant?It wasted me $17x for a hard-to-chew pizza and a cold pasta. Never again.
