真心好top嘅長沙灣西日居酒屋，推薦職員埋枱煮嘅壽喜燒套餐I couldn't recommend them highly enough because this sukiyaki resto is JUST TOO GOOD. I would frankly rate it one of the tops in Cheung Sha Wan. First of all, every corner in this place and its entrance are decorated with details- full of Japanese grocery kiosk type of vibes. Very cute and nostalgic! More importantly, beefs and seafood sashimi were of very high quality, sukiyaki was cooked by the staff at your table, sophisticatedly saving us from hassles. Our sukiya

Our sukiyaki set had both Japanese wagyu and US prime beef- absolutely delicious and you gotta dip them in the raw egg. You can choose two sides with the set, we had truffle & cheese fries, and chicken skin gyoza, both thumbs up! Very crispy and flavourful, winning our hearts over.

There was also a big bowl of super fresh seafood sashimi in this signature set (heard that they serve skewers sometimes). We had octopus, salmon, whitefish, and huge Botan Ebi prawns. Love all of them.

After they finished cooking the beef, vegetables, tofu and mushrooms came second, and lastly the sukiyaki truffle stewed rice! HONESTLY this rice got all our wows! Since it was extremely rich, creamy, truffly, buttery, tasty, and perfectly encapsulated the sukiyaki essence from the pot.
We were very happy and satisfied, so we added a dessert: pistachio and mix frozen berries shaved ice. It looked so nice as much as its taste. They were so smart to put a big scoop of pistachio ice-cream at the core, so the coconut cream shaved ice didn't melt into all water at the end. The acidity of the mix berries paired really well with the sweet pistachio, it almost felt like a Christmas tree cos it was red (berries) & green (pistachio)!
