呢間長沙灣隱蔽小店係工作日夜晚都有人龍 出面裝修好有特色 入面就寬敞光亮!雖然鋪面唔大但位置都算闊落 有個店員好熱情!雖然經歷左換位 但可以接受🥩招牌鍋料理二人餐(和牛+和牛西冷)💰598牛肉total 6塊 肉質幾好 入口都快融幾軟 蘸上蛋汁好食店員會燒比我地 一次過燒完會擺係碟上面等我地自己夾套餐包括🥘黑松露燉飯係燒完牛之後店員會dum D蔬菜入去煮 蔬菜好鮮甜 但係可能醬汁會偏濃味 之後會將燉飯成碗放入去攪拌 飯粒偏硬但整體都好食🍢關東煮關東煮幾有料 入面有大根 魔芋絲 魚豆腐等等 味道都算可兩款小食🍟松露芝士薯條粗薯黨非常滿意 面頭仲有好多芝士碎 好足料 同埋鍾意黑松露醬另上 可以自己想點幾多點幾多😋🍳明太子玉子燒玉子本身鮮甜 明太子醬鹹鹹地調味但又唔會太多唔膩 三文魚籽係上面都幾多!🍹菠蘿百香果乳酪烏龍💰+38實在太熱所以我地都+左野飲 野飲質素還好 好解渴!本身係睇social media 推薦呢間嘅三黃雞飯 但今次來主要想試下壽喜燒 整體都唔錯 唔知點解食到好飽😩下次會想試下新野

Visited this Japanese resto in Cheung Sha Wan with colleagues for dinner after we finished the gelato. .We ordered the Naberyori Set for 2 to share, which included one Naberyori, one Odan and two Sides. For the sides, we chose Mentaiko Tamagoyaki and Popcorn Chicken. The Mentaiko Tamagoyaki was topped with lots of mentaiko sauce and crab roe, adding layers to the sweet and soft egg. The Popcorn Chicken, served with mayonnaise and honey mustard, was crispy, but could have been hotter. The Odan consisted of raddish, chikuwa, gobomaki, shirataki, fish cake, etc. The clear yet savoury broth made the ingredients juicy and flavourful. For the Naberyori, we chose Oz Wagyu Sirloin & US Prime Chunk Flap Tail. The staff introduced the ingredients, cooked the meal, and used butter and sukiyaki sauce to enhance the aroma of the meat. The Sirloin was fatty and tender, melting in the mouth, while the Flap Tail had a thicker texture and stronger meat flavour. Dipping them in raw eggs elevated the experience. After cooking the meat, a Vegetable Platter with mushrooms, tofu, baby cabbage and onions was served. They soaked the beef saues nicely. The remaining sauces were used to make Black Truffle Risotto with corn grains, a large amount of cheese, cream and black truffle grains, creating a moist and smoky texture with a prominent black truffle taste. It might look ordinary, but after trying it, you would be truly impressed. .The resto's blend of retro Showa food street charm with Heisei style, featuring neon signs, movie posters and cinema light boxes, sets a unique ambiance perfect for gatherings with friends or romantic dates.

2/4/2025📍洋食商店呢間餐廳主打係復古日本風 入面嘅燈光同裝修都幾有呢種感覺 設有最低消費 每人$250 入面啲野食都唔平 所以要食夠低消完全冇難度😂我哋揀咗個二人套餐 有幾樣小食 主角係壽喜燒同黑松露risotto ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯✨明太子玉子燒甜甜哋嘅玉子燒上面鋪滿明太子醬同埋飛魚子 好好食😋✨唐揚爆谷雞炸雞嘅份量都唔少 雞肉幾嫩滑 外皮唔會好厚✨關東煮普普通通 淨係記得其中有一件好難食✨壽喜燒店員會幫手燒野食 呢樣唔錯👍🏻有兩款牛肉 有牛肩胛同牛頸脊 total有六片肉 每片唔算好大塊 牛肉嘅脂肪比例中等 油香唔算好重 佢燒晒啲牛先再煮蔬菜 個次序同之前食嘅壽喜燒唔同如果可以肉同菜隔住隔住燒就最好 冇咁膩略嫌蔬菜嘅份量太少😬✨黑松露燉飯等到啲牛肉同蔬菜都煮完 店員會開始煮燉飯 加完啲飯落個鍋佢就會行開 煮完先會翻嚟幫手裝飯 所以唔洗驚唔知要煮到幾時😂呢個飯係成餐最好食嘅野 原來黑松露、芝士、壽喜燒汁 加埋一齊係咁夾!濃濃嘅芝士超creamy 加埋勁香嘅黑松露 同埋壽喜燒汁嘅甜味 每一啖都係好滿足😍每人分到嘅飯量唔多 所以唔會好滯✨開心果奶蓋烏龍茶 ($38)奶蓋好厚 開心果味幾濃 仲有啲開心果粒粒✨海鹽忌廉焦糖布甸 ($48)呢個布甸勁好食 口感好細滑 蛋香好重😋海鹽忌廉只有輕微鹹鹹哋 同焦糖味相當之夾 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯最後埋單~$650(連加一)所有野食都唔錯 最impressed嘅係焦糖布甸同埋黑松露燉飯😆不過價錢就有d貴啦 好在都食得飽嘅😌推薦指數🌟:4/5📍長沙灣福榮街538號喜遇地下2號舖

之前經過餐廳門口已經被深深吸引上星期就約埋好友👯♀️去試試餐廳環境以日式昭和風零食街做主題好多好得意日本零食小食等等擺設天花板仲掛咗一個麵包超人餐廳環境同氣氛相當好我哋就揀咗🌟招牌鍋料理二人餐🌟首先有3款小食第一款就係關東煮🍢配清甜鰹魚湯底有超甜蘿蔔、日式魚餅、油豆腐、獅子狗等等第二款小食係明太子玉子燒,上枱嘅時候熱辣辣,鋪滿蟹子粒粒,一咬落去入面嘅明太子湧出來,好正😝第三款小食係雞皮餃子,雞皮非常香脆,入面餡料豐富,提大家食嘅時候要小心燙口😋跟住就係岩手縣和牛西冷😍每片和心西冷雪花鮮明,油脂分布平均店員會由親自烹調和牛,然後沾上日式蛋漿,和牛肉香嫩滑,非常出色跟住店員會烹調日式蔬菜,有日本本菇、豆腐、娃娃菜,配上壽喜燒醬汁,相當滋味最後店員就會烹調黑松露壽喜燒燉飯,鍋入面已經烹調過壽喜燒和牛,加上自家調製嘅醬汁,慢煮一個日式黑松露燉飯,味道帶點微甜,同時又有和牛嘅肉香,食埋呢個飯做總結,相當完滿🥰而我哋都叫咗杯特式飲品,就係青蘋果蘆薈乳酪烏龍,味道清甜又解渴!

荔枝角這間充滿日本風情的餐廳一直都想試,但每次都高朋滿座。入面裝修十分用心,每個小細節都很細心,整個氛圍真的感覺好像去了日本🇯🇵每個位置都是打卡位!招牌壽喜燒二人餐 $548澳洲和牛肩胛&美國頂級牛頸脊全程由店員幫忙烹調,服務很周到,務求令客人品嘗到牛肉最佳品質。牛肉口感,一款肉質軟嫩,一款有口感紮實。牛肩胛的油花很平均,濃郁的牛味配上甜甜的壽喜燒醬,再點上雞蛋醬,很滿足🥰壽喜燒黑松露燉飯一道頗有創意驚喜的飯!利用剩餘醬汁製作燉飯,結合日式壽喜燒與黑松露風味,有別傳統鍋物。味道層次豐富,牛油、忌廉的濃郁與壽喜燒醬汁的甜鹹交織,想不到原來壽喜燒可以有這麼多元化🤩關東煮材料很豐富,分別有有年糕,魚餅,竹輪,蒟蒻,大根等。湯汁清甜可口,每款材料都吸收了湯頭的清甜。小食洋拿商店粟米十分驚喜的小食!粟米很甜,再融合牛油、芝士粉及味粉,味道甜甜得來又很惹味!椒鹽日本魷魚鬚 +$32熱辣辣新鮮炸好🔥炸得火喉剛好,很香脆,會令人吃上引。菠蘿百香果乳酪烏龍 +$38味道跟益力多有點相似,入面有菠蘿及百香果粒,甜甜酸酸的頗開胃。雪糕梳打🍹Ramune波于汽水一到店已決定要點了😆外表很有懷舊感覺,波子汽水配上雲呢拿雪糕,是兒時的回憶!味道偏甜。期間限定 Tiramisu杯 $78擺盤很精美的Tiramisu🍰底層是咖啡酒手指餅,然後加上 cream及朱古力雪糕!眼睛跟肚仔都很滿足💕
