𝙒𝙚 𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙:
Wɪɴᴛᴇʀ Bʟᴀᴢᴇʀ 酒 釀 丸 子 the warmth of the cocktail had a soothing effect on my throat and chest as it goes down. Infusing Magnolia Lab’s Roselle liqueur with ginger and slow cooked honey, adding mini glutinous rice balls, it somehow taste like my favourite sweet soup in winter
Dʀᴜɴᴋᴇɴ ᴄʜɪᴄᴋᴇɴ 醉 雞 this is my FAVOURITEEEE, spiced up with chili liqueur and garnished with goji berries for a hint of sweetness, it’s quite intense relatively to the previous one and slightly salty as there are drops of chicken essence added, with each sip the flavours harmoniously dance on my palate and I would defo recommend this to everyone 100% .ᐟ.ᐟ
Rᴏᴀsᴛ ᴄʜᴇsᴛɴᴜᴛ 砂 砂 栗 子 upon first glance the presentation of the cocktail was elegant and inviting, the chestnut foam resting atop the drink added a touch of sophistication. The chestnut liqueur contributed a subtle sweetness that was well balanced by the smoky undertones of the 10-year single malt whiskey.
—————————————————Bartender’s skilful execution of the cocktail was evident in its texture and presentation. His deep knowledge of oriental herbs and his ability to to artfully combine them with a variety of spirit resulted in a truly exceptional drinking experience
