The “Hamachi Kama” (Yellowtail Collar) and “Hanger Steak Don” wasn’t a chef’s recommendation on the menu but it’s a real hidden gem 🔥 The Yellowtail Collar was unbelievably meaty and that Steak Don was pure umami and buttery goodness!!
