Custard moon cake should be the hottest lately. Last year the peninsula hotel custard moon cake price have been bid up 200%. Well.... I try that but seems not good as priced. Surface is broken and separate from the custard filling. The best I tried is WANG YUE. Surface is firm and custard is fully filled. Custard smell nice especially when it is heated up. You will never taste the awful milk powder note with it and only fulfilled with solid salty egg York taste.
