▪️芋 泥 布 丁 蛋 糕 杯 $25𝑻𝒂𝒓𝒐 𝑷𝒖𝒅𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒂𝒌𝒆 👍🏽.Wanted to try their famous taro pudding bun, but could get it as I was too late🥲. Luckily, there were still plenty of the paro pudding cake in the showcase and tbh I simply wanna see the quality of their taro paste. As you can see, there are layers of caramel jelly, pudding, cake and then taro paste. I scooped from top to bottom at once to see if all these layers could combine well together. And they were acutally all doing a good job! Not a single layer being too strong or lack of presence. Taro paste was having the right sweetness, and still having some small taro pieces to add texture. Pudding was smooth and milky, like the japanese one. Cake acted as the layers to maintain the moistureness of the whole dessert. Would love to revisit to have this, and of course, to try my luck on buying their famous bun.
