Happy new year just get started while Chinese new year is approaching, everyone must be busy planning luncheons and dinners for gatherings and celebrations. A photo was not available for the dish as fries and wings were picked quickly once served. Regular standard for spicy fried wings and cheese fries while the wings were a bit dry. BBQ ribs were juicy and tasted good.

5 sauteed mushrooms served. Sliced crab meat mixed with garlic that brought a tiny little chilli flavor when chewing, a one mouthful bite of snack easily consumed once served on table.

The serving staff was very kind to slice the steak at their own service counter based on our request. The steak was medium well as requested and such a big piece needed chewing time. The size was huge indeed and enough for our group to share the juicy steak.

Tropical Mango Chicken Salad
A lot of ingredients on the plate, for examples, tomatoes, eggs, greens, cheese, sliced chicken, tortilla strips and mangoes. The combination was great except the chicken was too dry, fortunately, the champagne honey vinaigrette and mangoes were helpful and brought a special flavor to the whole dish.

Lovely tortilla with flavors from melted cheese, mushroom, bacon and chicken. The fries accompanied are indeed attractive and a little sweet, crispy outside and soft inside, much better than the fries offered in the dish Appetizer Combo.
