I recently had the pleasure of dining at Moon Palace for a special occasion - my grandfather's 70th birthday. The standout for me was the soup - it was simply incredible. The flavors were well-balanced and the taste lingered in a delightful way. It was a testament to the culinary skill on display at Moon Palace.
As for the other dishes, they were generally of a satisfactory standard. Some dishes were a bit too oily for my liking, but the overall quality of the food was average. There was a good variety, and each dish was presented nicely, making for an appealing spread on our table.
One of the most touching moments of the evening came as a pleasant surprise from the restaurant. They presented us with a complimentary cake 壽桃包 for my grandfather's birthday. This gesture truly added to the joy of our celebration and left a lasting impression on all of us.
In conclusion, Moon Palace offers a worthwhile dining experience, particularly for larger gatherings. While some improvements could be made in terms of certain dishes, the overall experience, coupled with the thoughtful service, makes it a restaurant I would recommend for special family occasions.
