My sis treated me to Crystal Kiss Afternoon Tea at Cordis's Alibi-Wine Dine Be Social last Sunday. The ambience was relaxing with big sofa chairs, posh Swarovski glassware, and the food was especially catered to the crystal theme. As soon as we had placed our order, I was poured with a glass of Perrier-Jouët champagne in Swarovski flute glass while sis had the Roswarovski, the mocktail rose smoothie with a big block of ice cube. Immediately we were also presented with two complimentary Swarovski pendant necklaces, at the courtesy of Cordis. We were ecstatic.
In terms of food, the menu was refreshing and felt lighter than the standard ones with more seafood, less pastry, and a lot of jelly. There were four savory treats and seven sweet items instead of six in the menu.

Then my sis raved about the Crab mayonnaise puff. She liked the taste of the fish roes and the crab meat's texture. Personally I liked Lobster cromesquis the most which was a pleasant surprise as the cromesqui was filled with lobster bisque.
For the last savory item, we had Citrus-cured salmon with Hokkaido scallop which was sandwiched with Japanese crackers.
Onto sweets, they were sweet but rather light in comparison to standard ones. I tried the lighter flavored ones and went richer accordingly.
We had Osmanthus jelly, Sakura konnyaku jelly with a big diamond shaped konnyaku and the Panna cotta with pomegranate was our favorite dessert. It's unexpectedly delicious and glamorous.

The traditional Homemade scones with hibiscus jam were presented on a crystal plate. We liked the jam and the scones were moist and buttery. The clotted cream and jam were contained in Swarovski holders.
We went back to the last item in the jelly series, Lavender with kyoho grape jelly, and the cooling lavender taste balanced the sweet Kyoho grape flavor nicely.
Finally we had the Chocolate praline topped with Himalayan pink salt which by default had to be good as chocolate with pink salt was the trend.
It was a delightful and memorable afternoon tea indeed with Swarovski necklaces for keepsakes. It was a good deal and if you love selfies, the Crystal Kiss photo booth was also a nice attraction; remember to hashtag and like #AlibiSwarovski and #AlibiCrystalKiss for memory!
