Have wanted to try this restaurant ever since I saw their Grilled Scallop with Fresh Urchin cup (一帶一露) on instagram. The restaurant was quite fully booked and we could only manage to reserve a seat after 10pm. The "Collagen-infused Japanese Wine" ($55) on the drink menu had drawn my attention and had ordered a glass to try. Ended up it came in a really small portion and it tasted like a very sweet yogurt drink, not like alcohol.

Ox Tongue was average- nicely grilled but could have added more seasonings- rather tasteless.

The grilled pineapple was surprisingly good! Probably the best skewer I had there- very sweet and juicy!

The chicken wings was the worst dish I had in the restaurant- no big difference as the ones I had in fast food stores and costed me over $50

Both of us were not contented and still very hungry after the meal so we went to McDonald afterward Not sure why the restaurant is that popular, maybe its all about promotions and gimmick
