Went here randomly, didn't have any expectations as it was Hong Kong style food.It was good that you could order the items a la carte as I do not like any of the drinks served in HK Cafes.Got the black bean bittermelon with crispy fish to be on the safe side.Black bean sauce can not differ a lot but here it did as they put ginger in it.The ginger actually blended in quite well and there was also some chili in it which gave it a nice spicy kick.The black beans were whole ones too and the bitterme

The ginger actually blended in quite well and there was also some chili in it which gave it a nice spicy kick.The black beans were whole ones too and the bittermelon was chunky yet cook thorough so they were soft.
I have always wondered why vegetables are cut in big pieces and vegetables served like plants plucked from soil in Hong Kong.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with the meal but it was just too salty and more rice was needed.
