Peek-A-Poke is one of my favorite place for lunch. Haiwaiian poke bowl is always my first choice in such a hot weather. They have 5 different signature bowls and customize bowl. I chose my own bowl this time. The poke bowl is also a great choice for people on diet as it has low calorie. Basically, there are 5 potein choice for the base, salmon, tuna, octopus, mushrooms and sous vide chicken breast.

My choice:
🥗Salmon with sushi rice and salad $108
Toppings
- Cucumber
- Edamame
- Onion
- Avocado +$10
Wasabi yogurt dressing
Sprinkles
- Nori
- Bonito
- Crispy garlic

The ingredients are so fresh and the sashimi are in large chunks. The poportion and combination are perfect. Serve with wasabi yogurt dressing enriched the poke bowl.
