Next, we savored the comforting warmth of Sister Song’s Shredded Fish Broth and Pork Lung and Pork Shank Meat with Almond Soup, both rich in flavor and nostalgia. The addition of the latter tender pork lung and shank meat in a creamy almond soup brought a delightful richness, making it a true homage to traditional craftsmanship.
Our seafood experience continued with the Chilled Poached Fourfinger Threadfin delicately paired with Pu Ning bean sauce. This dish was a refreshing palate cleanser, showcasing the fish's natural sweetness.
For a heartier option, we indulged in the Braised Whole Goose Casserole. The tender meat, infused with aromatic spices, was a showstopper, embodying the essence of communal dining and shared memories.
