Lemongrass pork vermicelli 😋

Takeaway lunch in the office. 2 of us ordered the pho soup with slices of beef fillet and the rice vermicelli with lemongrass pork. I loved the pork, not chewy at all, the sides a bit crispy, lemongrass flavor well balanced. Temperature of rice vermicelli just right, went well with the tangy sour sauce. Beef pho I didn’t like. Soup not as flavorful as expected, beef texture soso only, pho very soft. Saving grace was that I wasn’t thirsty afterwards. Supposed to have hot Vietnamese coffee afterw

Soup not as flavorful as expected, beef texture soso only, pho very soft. Saving grace was that I wasn’t thirsty afterwards. Supposed to have hot Vietnamese coffee afterwards but they gave a cold coffee instead, not well filtered enough. Ended up drinking bits of ground coffee resulting in sleepless nite. 😩
