Blooms Coffee is a coffee brand that people may have heard of. Created by local TVB actor Moses Chan, Blooms Coffee started as a coffee bean roaster, selling their own beans. It then did pop-ups and collaborations with other cafes. But now Blooms Coffee has opened it's own full fledged coffee shop. Located in K11, I decided to give it a try.Menu is in English only. There is seating available though they seem to serve you everything in disposable coffee cups even if you dine in. Not too environmentally friendly.
I decided to get a latte ($42 for small). The coffee was pretty good. Nice with a strong aromatic flavor. A slight nuttiness could be detected. The only thing was a lot of foam on top. A lot more than expected for a latte. It was a fine cup of coffee but not something exceptional that I would want to return immediately for. I guess if in the area, I would.
