After my appointment ended at Yuen Long, i decided to have my dinner there before heading home. When i saw 新孖寶去骨海南雞, suddenly i have a craving for chicken rice. Hainanese chicken rice was fragrant and chewy. Chicken was steamed till soft and smooth, going well with the ginger and chilli sauce provided.
