I’ve never liked burgers much. So many places under-season and overcook the patty, and there’s nothing worse than a dry and crumbly burger. Neighbor is the ONLY joint I go back to repeatedly because their patties are so juicy it trickles down my arm when I eat. The taste is on point and doesn’t need a whole lot of ketchup/mustard/mayo to create that illusion of ‘flavour’. My favourite is the burger with added whole mushroom..I cannot get enough of that. My husband prefers the one with pineapple
