Due to covid-19, we have been staying in HK for almost three years. Currently, japan is open for group tourists. Therefore, I decided to stay in HK and enjoy japanese wagyu.For your information, the wagyu of this shop orginates from 宮崎, which is quite renowned in japan. I ordered the wagyu bendon. The beef is very nice, tender and the muscle:fat ratio is just right. The restaurant claimed that they have used the rare part of the cattle to serve us and I concur with their claim 😎The pork loin ben

The pork loin bendo is also good and the serving size is quite large. I will go to this restaurant again until I can travel freely in Japan.
