Presented with a series of sweet treats and savories, the afternoon tea set was served with a cup of freshly brewed 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐚 𝐓𝐞𝐚 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐧 (a bamboo matcha whisk); alongside a specialty drink 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐚 𝐅𝐢𝐳𝐳 to choose from, a refreshing drink that blended with genmaicha, matcha, lemon, and an alcohol-free Dry London Gin for some decent citrusy notes.

The savories include 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐛 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝 𝐁𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬, Lobster and Salmon Roe Sandwich that highlights its stylish black and white presentation, and Salmon and Asparagus Roulade served on a thin sheet of fried rice paper for a distinctive layer of textures and flavors.

For the sweet treats, the menu highlights Matcha Petit Gateaux, a matcha mousse cake made in a leaf-shaped presentation; Yomogi Vanilla Choux with an eye-catching teapot chocolate top; beautifully crafted Marbled Rock Chocolate Cake; Coconut Coix Seed Pudding; as well as a hearty Matcha Daifuku. Topped off the experience with their Original Scones and Matcha Scones served with Devonshire Clotted Cream, Red Bean Paste, and Yuzu Citrus Jam.
