I had the unpleasant experience of dining at Ruby Tuesday in Tsim Sha Tsui. The service was poor and could use improvement. I think our server was new and was still getting used to service as we had to ask multiple times for water and he forgot to serve it multiple times. I had the pleasant opportunity to try their impossible burger and I think the food was great. The burger tasted amazing but it was certainly leaning into the expensive side of things. I would suggest that you should only go to

I would suggest that you should only go to ruby Tuesday if you have the VIP membership as that would make everything 50% off. Otherwise, I don’t think the food is worth what it is valued at it’s full price.
