Creative dumplings to die for. If it wasn’t our mission to try as many things as possible in the span of 4 hours at Cheung Chau, I would just sit at this place all day and order all the dumplings on the menu.Loved the fun ingredient combinations here, which are mostly found as proper Chinese dishes rather than dumpling fillings.We had the fried cumin chicken dumplings (which originally is the bandit chicken wing recipe), and fried salted egg pork dumplings. We had the fried cumin chicken dumplings (which originally is the bandit chicken wing recipe), and fried salted egg pork dumplings. Then an order of drunken chicken wings. All dishes were in snacking portions but they were so addictive!!! I was burping cumins for the rest of the day (does this happen to you, cumin lovers?).
