Marinated beef stir-fried with chili pepper. Crispy on the outside especially the beef that had been rested on the hot plate. Slightly spicy. Nice seasoning.
農家一碗香
The origin of this dish is that this is an appetizing farmer's dish that goes well with rice. Never heard of it! Thought it would be a veggie dish but turned out it was mainly eggs again lol. Other ingredients included pork, scallions, garlic shoots and chili pepper. So flavorful that boosted my beer appetite!
It was the first time I had WuSu beer from Xinjiang. Malty beer. Sweeter than the staple Tsingtao. A good alternative to other boring beers!
