Old Changsha is a restaurant chain serving up Hunan cuisine. Sichuan boiled beef, a huge bowl with lots of meat and veggies in a savory soup was slightly numb and spicy. The beef still maintained the meaty taste and texture. Other ingredients included bean sprouts, potato noodles, celtuce and black fungus.
Would love to try the roast lamb rack and lamb pot next time since they're pretty rare in HK. Gotta reserve these specialities in advance.
