My friend and I went to a Chinese restaurant called "Jiang's Hunan chef"(湘聚小廚) located in G/F, Fu Ga Building, 13 Yat Fu Lane, Western District西環日富里13號富基大廈地舖.It specializes in Hunan cuisines.There are Chinese lanterns hanging down from the ceiling.All walls are paved with grey bricks.''Quick fried beef with coriander''芫茜爆牛肉 HKD$128This minced beef is very flavourful which is great company with a bowl of plain rice.A nice subtle numbness.The chopped coriander enhances the flavour.''Spicy shrimps'

The green chilli is not spicy at all. Just like bell pepper.
Two starters are provided.
One is the deep fried soya beans which is special.Flaky and crunchy.
The other one is the kelp with light sweet soya sauce.
