As one of our friends is a member of Chinese Banks' Association, he suggested to us that there is a very nice Chinese restaurant under the association. It was member-only restaurant and located at Wydham Street, couple of minutes walk from Central MTR.Their menu is very comprehensive, offering ala carte menu as well as several dinner set choices. It served mainly Canton cuisine, such as meat, seafood, soup, vegetables and rice etc. Deep fried egg plant with minced shrimp with salt and pepper -

Deep fried egg plant with minced shrimp with salt and pepper - It was fried till very crispy, and minced shrimp was chewy and juicy. It was very flavourful, slightly salty though.
Double boiled seafood soup served in winter melon - It came served in a very big melon pot, almost to the brim. Soup was clear and sweet, absorbing the essence of the ingredients. Winter melon was very juicy, soft and sweet. Prawns were fresh and meat were chewy as well.
Sweet and sour garoupa fillet - Every piece of fillet was considered big, and was very sweet and sour too. It was flavourful and soft, juicy too.
Fried brown rice with crab meat - This is the first time i ate claypot rice with brown rice. It was quite special, even though it was not as fragrant as white rice, it was chewy and smooth and the charred rice at the bottom was slightly crispy as well. Crab meat was sweet and juicy, complimenting well with the rice.
