We went to Andy's hotpot per recommendation from some colleagues. We got given some tea which to this day, I am not too sure what the brew was, maybe it was ginseng?!?! It tasted odd. Anyway given we came for hot pot, we ordered the hot pot - half pork bone broth and the other half the special chili oil hot numbing broth. The hotpot came out with a cute panda bear but boy, oh boy was it HOT and also somewhat addictive... despite it blowing my mouth off, and probably going to feel it burn on the way out, it was ok. I think I have had better tasting hot pot. Also there wasn't a large variety of ingredients to pick from. Unfortunately that outweighs the cuteness of the panda that melted into a bubbling potion of hot chilli oil.
