Today, I had lunch buffet in Tifin and had a "tartare fog leg", of course the captain gave all kind of excuses. However I dont trust him unless he eat a raw fog leg in front of us, that of course I did not ask.I would advise all the friends who may try fog legs in Tifin, pls do check out the blood between flesh and bone of the fog leg before eating.田雞有可能煮不熟，先查看有没有鲜红血才吃。
