I was finishing work at lai chi kok and saw poke bowl. Since the weather is so hot these days, I thought it is a good choice to get something cool for dinner. I went to have a look at the menu and saw so many choices such as rice, brown rice, cauliflower, salad or udon etc. I ordered a giant bowl with half rice and half cauliflower as the base. The bowl was very big and full of toppings. The salmon was fatty and fresh. The tuna was cut up in perfect sizes for eating. I love the flavour for both

I love the flavour for both of the fish, the salmon was spicy and tuna with soya sauce. The prawns were crunchy and tasty. I love the avocado, it was soft and smooth. There were lots of chopped up vegetables such as cucumbers and capsicum which added the freshness into the meal. The cauliflower was crunchy and tasted great with turmeric. I actually felt very full and healthy after eating this.
I got the prawns bowl for my friend as he loves prawns. They were crunchy and delicious. The Thai flavour with a splash of lemon juice is great for this weather. The salad was very tasty, I love the pineapple slices, they were very sweet. Again, this bowl had half rice and half cauliflower which made us felt very healthy. My friend loves half boiled egg so I added $25 which included an egg, dessert and miso soup. The egg was runny and dessert was sweet and creamy. I got a peach juice for myself, it was full of peach slices at the bottom.
