Late dinner in APM mall food court sushi bar. I had saw other foodies comment but it wasn’t as good as I thought it would be. A bit noisy as we were sit near the back kitchen, most of the workers were stay in the back kitchen and keep talking loud. Sushi chef helps refill guests tea during he is making sushi and without wash his hands then back to serve, this is sooo weird. Restaurant operation have to be improved. I ordered sashimi platter, sushi platter and some gunkanmaki. All sushi are in hand formed. Fishies quality in normal type. Sushi-Rice is firm and taste just right.
I don’t think I will recommend to anybody.
