Finally set on some sunshine today!!! I decided to visit UrbanBakery Works to kick a good start of another working week. FYI, I am 100% a salad type of girl. I have several "Katie'sfavorite" salad spots in almost every district. And Urban bakery Work isone of my favorite salad places in Central. A small salad box cost $60 and the bigger one cost around $80 ithink. The small one is definitely enough for girl. There are different salad choices everyday. FYI, I am 100% a salad type of girl. I have several "Katie's
favorite" salad spots in almost every district. And Urban bakery Work is
one of my favorite salad places in Central.
A small salad box cost $60 and the bigger one cost around $80 i
think. The small one is definitely enough for girl.
There are different salad choices everyday.
Today's selection:
- feta cheese with bell pepper
- miso eggplant
- carrot, beetroot & pumpkin
- cucumber
- beans
- pesto pasta
You could pick 3 choices for a small salad box. Eggplant and pumpkin are definitely my cup of tea.
The beetroot and pumpkin one is refreshing, without too much dressing on it. One thing tho I would prefer to have more pumpkin in my box. Meanwhile, the eggplant one would be your bae if you like miso and strong flavor. It is grilled before seasoned with miso, garlic and spring onion. It is grilled perfectly that it is crispy outside yet soft and juicy inside. Highly recommend if you opt for something healthy in lunch time.
P.S. there are not many seats so it would be better to come before 1pm.
