Their hand-shredded chicken has been a go-to favourite meal of mine, so I decided to try their takeaway siu mei sets which were priced at a very reasonable $98 for 2 styles of siu mei. The char siu was very juicy and rich in flavour, and was well balanced with the pork fat although there were a few pieces that had more fat than meat. For the white chicken, I picked a sand-ginger flavor and it was just as delicious! The chicken was note dry at all and complemented a bowl of warm rice perfectly. The set includes half a chicken as well, which again was a huge amount for the price you're paying.
Overall, great siu mei for a great price. Would definitely come here again to get takeaway sets!
