Fantastic hainan chicken rice. Best in HK in my book. I’ve always been a fan. But, today I saw one of the waiters yell so hard at a baby it made him cry. All because he knocked over a plastic cup that wasn’t even filled with liquid. To me, that is totally unbelievable. The waiters may pride themselves on the quality of the food at the restaurant but have done more than enough to ruin the entire experience for any patron. The situation will not soon be forgotten.
