The food is always always good here. In fact, it’s one of my favorite restaurants on the south side. The fish is perfectly fried, the rendang sauce is flavorful, calamari fresh and perfectly fried, the salad fresh and perfectly seasoned. But the service, urgh. The drinks sometimes arrive after the food (that means over 15-20 mins), the service staff walks away as you call to them, or the starters and the main course all come at the same time. The drinks sometimes arrive after the food (that means over 15-20 mins), the service staff walks away as you call to them, or the starters and the main course all come at the same time. We ordered dessert with the churros & sauce to go, they gave us the ice cream but even after we finish the ice cream we have to ask for the churros (which was supposed to come with both caramel & chocolate sauce, but they only gave us the caramel sauce).
Their attitude is good it’s just the quality of the service is horrible. Especially for a place that charge $100+ for a drink.
