Read good reviews and decided to give it a go. We were blown away by the excellent fried fish set with jollof rice, which we picked clean off its bones. The fried tillapia was crisp and light. None of the greasy taste that accompanies fried food. The rice was heavenly, scented with just the right amount of spice. We decided on getting an extra order of jollof rice to take home to enjoy the next day!We ended up splurging on dessert, the Halo halo, which was an additional HKD30 for two portions. I
We ended up splurging on dessert, the Halo halo, which was an additional HKD30 for two portions. It came in little gold lines heart-shaped glass bowls, with bits of jelly, flan, beans and big dollop of mint ice cream and a chocolate wafer roll. Positively decadent.
It’s a husband and wife gig and the lady boss was very kind. She offered to pick up a guest from the main entrance to ensure she didn’t get lost on her way up!
