Simple is always good! Boiled salted ox-tongue, slow-cooked (boiled/simmered) until very tender, similar in flavor to beef brisket! Tasty and meaty! Not many restaurant makes this dish anymore…. a wonderful dinner with my mum, good old HK! A unique way of eating, similar to the HK style cafe… Fusion eating!!!... since 1960s
