Good food but less variety

We went there cos my UK friend just come back to HK for a visit. The food quality is good, oysters are opened right in front of you, snails (escargot) are also available. Dessert is also good, I especially like the chocolate fountain. However, the Sushimi counter queue is always long cos the chief is such a miser who only give tiny portion of sushimi. In terms of variety of food, it's kinda limited.For the environment, it's very grand and with live piano playing.Original price $278, we pay by HS
