Overall impression: super value for money if you are an oyster lover! Their range of oysters are not top-notch varieties but not cheap ones either. We went for the cheapest champagne cos we didn't plan to get drunk over brunch. It was a lil too acidic to our taste.
There were 4 of us so we did have the opportunity to try every dish on the menu apart from the egg dishes. Lobster bisque was a gem, natural, with chunks of lobster meat and appropriately seasoned. The main courses were modest-portioned and not particularly impressive. But I would save my appetite for oysters instead : )
Last but not least their range of desserts were wonderful. I love the tofu cake and made-to-order souffle! The chocolate items were intense and rich too. Macarons were a tad artificial.
Overall a pleasant brunch experience. Among hotel brunch in similar price range it's probably the best I've had. (I usually skip making reviews about the so-so ones e.g. W Hotel, what a waste of energy to write about their overrated brunch…) Oh, have I just forgot there's a Victoria Harbor view as well? : P
