Restaurant: nice place inside the Holiday Inn hotel in TST, open kitchen. No outside view. 0) Start: bread (from the house). Taste is ok, but cold first time.a) Appetizer: Salad with parma ham, mozzarella, olives and melon. a) Appetizer: Salad with parma ham, mozzarella, olives and melon. The melon was a bit (too) cold, but the rest was very tasteful
b) Main course: Pizza - with salami and gorgonzola. Good taste, but not excellent.
c) Main course: Canadien steak: excellent. Tender, very good taste, we enjoyed this the most. The patatoes, courgette and paprika that came along with the steak were (below) average and after a few bites left untouched.
As we went there for our wedding anniversary, the chef had prepared a tiramisu dessert and presented a smartphone with Happy Anniversary in a huge cognac glass. We appreciated that. The tiramisu was ok, but a bit soft / wet - the strawberry on top was not ripe (however, it was a free gift).
Personnel: attentive, but not always consistent. Had to wait quite a while at the main course, while the restaurant was less than half full.
Verdict: price/quality ratio is ok for a semiluxury restaurant. If you like Italian / Western food, I would certainly give this restaurant a try.
